Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us.

• After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.

Return Policy

• We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds for canceled orders (within time limit) will be processed within 2–3 working days.
